Program Terms

By filling out the Program Registration form, Liability Waiver form, and scheduling a meeting at the retreat center to discuss these programs and any programs offered by Hochoka Retreat Center constitutes a client meeting charge of $125. Any client meeting thereafter relative to beginning any program will also incur an additional $125. Any preparation work done by Hochoka, including but not limited to a Plan of Care, Program outline, meal plans, contract development, etc. will also have an additional $100.00 charge. To perform any and all other actions related to Hochoka's programs and/or client entry thereof will incur charges relative and reasonable as designated by Hochoka.
