Refund/Cancellation Policy

All payments made in correlation with one of our programs, whether it be a deposit or full payment are non refundable.

If you need to reschedule, we require a 24-hour notice or the rate of service/service date will be charged. Please contact the program Director to discuss any rescheduling needs; or if an extenuating circumstance has arisen that does not allow you to attend.

Retreat Payment Policy

When you are booking specific dates for retreat; a minimum of 1-day rate for deposit is required ($300). If you are booking two (2) or more days for the retreat; the total amount, less deposit paid, is due in full 2-weeks prior to the begin retreat date.
